Our story began in 1978 with a compassionate heart and a simple mission to help our neighbours stay well. Today, we have evolved from a small community Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic into a modern nutraceutical partner, carrying the same family values of hard work and "doing things the right way" into every product we build
1978
Where it all began
The foundation was laid by Mr. Kong Siew Soong and Madam Kuan Sooi Yong. While Mr. Kong managed the vision and business operations, Madam Kuan, a dedicated Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, served the community with time-honoured botanical remedies with great passion
2001
A pioneering "East meets West" evolution
Building on his family’s medical roots, Jeff Kong graduated as a pharmacist from the University of South Australia and established a unique community pharmacy in Kajang. Alongside co-founder and life partner Rachelle Choong, who also graduated from the same university with a Bachelor of Business, they created one of the first pharmacies in the region to truly bridge the gap between Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and modern pharmacy.
Driven by a shared passion for genuinely looking after people, they went beyond simply dispensing medicine to focus on the whole person. By combining the strengths of TCM with modern medical knowledge, sound business foundations, and a healthy lifestyle, they delivered a complete approach to wellbeing that was both scientific and deeply personal.
This era marked the strategic shift that defines us today: using professional healthcare expertise to make natural ingredients work better for your body.
2005
The first humble factory
The transition into manufacturing began with the first humble factory, which secured NPRA certification for Traditional Medicine production
2012-2014
Setting the standard
The company committed to global safety and inclusivity, obtaining JAKIM Halal certification in 2012, followed by MESTI, GMP, and HACCP credentials from the Ministry of Health Malaysia in 2014
2018
Growth and precision
As capacity expanded, the team obtained the NPRA GMP for Health Supplements and moved into the new Semenyih Headquarters (No. 28) located at the Semenyih Hi-Tech Park

Expanding the horizon
Expanding the horizon
Growth continued with the expansion into No. 26 in 2022, featuring a fully automated metal tin facility. By 2025, the footprint expanded again to include No. 18, a fully air-conditioned warehouse designed to ensure the total integrity of all ingredients
